TR33 AT AMADOR

Set in Amador, near the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal, TR33 brings contemporary residential living into a setting shaped by greenery, ocean breezes, and outdoor recreation. With the Biomuseo nearby and direct access to the Amador Causeway, the neighborhood offers opportunities to walk, cycle, explore, and enjoy Panama’s coastal surroundings.

Panama City’s historic district is just minutes away, connecting residents with restaurants, cultural landmarks, and the character of Casco Viejo. Here, proximity to the city combines with a more relaxed daily rhythm, creating a place where nature and urban life remain closely connected.

TR33

TR33 at Amador is a planned residential development comprising three towers, each 33 meters tall, with a design centered on nature and everyday comfort. At its heart stands a mahogany tree more than 100 years old, preserved as an integral part of the project’s identity and its relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The residences offer two layouts: Model A, with approximately 100 m², two bedrooms, and two bathrooms; and Model B, with approximately 200 m², three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Open living areas, generous windows, and contemporary materials create bright interiors that balance social connection with privacy.

Water, light, and air form the foundation of the project’s approach to residential design. Each apartment incorporates filtered water, circadian lighting, and an independent VRF air-conditioning system. Shared terraces, lounges, coworking spaces, and wellness amenities extend the experience beyond the residence, providing places to work, unwind, and connect.

Rooted in Nature

Designed around a century-old mahogany tree, TR33 places preservation at the center of its architectural identity. The presence of mature greenery gives the development a distinctive character, connecting residents with the changing light, textures, and movement of the natural surroundings.

Two Layouts, One Thoughtful Approach

Choose between an approximately 100 m², two-bedroom residence and an approximately 200 m², three-bedroom home. Both feature open kitchens and connected living areas, while the larger model adds private terraces, walk-in closets, and a staff bedroom with a bathroom for greater household flexibility.

Comfort Built into the Home

Filtered water, circadian lighting designed around daily rhythms, and independent air conditioning are incorporated into each residence. These systems complement the architectural emphasis on natural light, practical layouts, and comfortable interiors, making the everyday experience of the home a central part of its design.

FEATURES & AMENITIES

Fitness, Relaxation & Quiet Spaces

A fitness area focused on functional movement and strength provides space for an active routine, complemented by an infrared sauna and contrast-therapy facilities. A dedicated Quiet Room offers a setting for peaceful downtime, creating a selection of spaces for exercise, relaxation, and moments away from daily distractions.

Poolside Leisure & Wellness Support

A magnesium pool forms part of TR33’s planned wellness offering, providing a place to pause and enjoy time in the water. A wellness concierge complements these facilities with guidance for incorporating wellness activities and habits into daily life, bringing a personal service element to the residential experience.

Social Connection & Flexible Working

Shared terraces, lounges, and coworking areas create opportunities to meet neighbors, welcome friends, or work closer to home. These communal spaces complement the privacy of the residences, allowing residents to move between focused work, relaxed conversation, and time outdoors within the development.
