Designed by architecture firm Femur Studio, Green Garden is a residential tower overlooking Santa María’s 18-hole Nicklaus Design golf course. With just two residences per floor, the project offers a more private residential experience, complemented by views of the fairways and Panama City’s skyline.
Each residence offers approximately 309 m² of living space, with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a separate staff bedroom with a bathroom. Generous proportions provide room for family life and entertaining, while three parking spaces per residence add everyday convenience.
Marble flooring, imported wooden doors, double-glazed windows, and VRF air conditioning form part of the residences’ specifications. Beyond the home, a lap pool, gym, event room, children’s playground, and soccer field create opportunities for recreation and gathering within a setting defined by greenery.
